MedView Flow Vaccinations
Is there a difference between dispensing the vaccine and administering the vaccine?
In the case of vaccines, it means almost the same. Once dispensed, it means it’s been administered as per our records.
What happens after the vaccination basket is dispensed?
When you click Dispense in MedVew Flow, Fred Dispense opens so the you can complete dispensing. When dispensing is complete, the vaccination basket in Medview Flow moves to the Done page.
Where can I look up dispensed baskets in MedView Flow?
Go to the Done page to see dispensed baskets. You can filter by date or do a search by name or basket ID. Note that Done page holds baskets for the last 12 months only.

What’s the last date allowed in the From Collection Date in the filter on the Home page?
You can go back to about a month.
Why can't I go back beyond a month in the From Collection Date field?
MedView Flow moves all baskets that are greater than 30 days old to Done automatically
Does the filter only work in the Home page?
While the filter functionality is only available on the Home page, the filters are applied across all pages. So, if you want to filter by a certain date or basket type on a certain page, you can change the filter settings on the Home page, and the filter is applied to all pages.
Does the filter retain the edited search criteria?
Currently the filter retains the edited criteria as long as you remain on the Home page or move to a different page—for example, the Done page. The criteria reverts to the default when you return to the Home page, refresh the browser, or log out and log back in.
