Cancel a Script Order

Cancelling a script order will move it to your Cancelled queue and notify the patient.

  1. On the Active screen, select the script order you want to complete, then click Cancel.

  2. The Cancel Script window is displayed.
  3. Your default message is selected, by default. You can edit the message; select a different message; or, if no notification is required, un-tick the checkbox.

  4. Select Cancel script.
    The script order is moved to your Cancelled queue, and the notification (if selected) is sent to the patient.

    To dismiss the Cancel Script window without cancelling the script, click the X icon (top right).
