Filter Groups

In each claim period, scripts are sorted into five Filter Groups that reflect their match status.

• Matched: Script Images that Paperless successfully matched to a claim category and serial number.
• Unmatched: Script Images that Paperless could not match to a claim category and serial number.
• Conflict: Scripts whose claim category/serial number combination was matched to more than one script in that claim period.
• Duplicate: Images scanned that are of the duplicate side of the script.
• Missing: Claim category/serial number combinations that are missing script Images for that claim period.

On the Claim Management screen, each Filter Group can be viewed by Claim Category. For example, within Matched, the scripts are filtered by General, Concession, Entitlement, Repatriation, Under-Co, Doctor’s bag and Private.
