Manage Script Notification Messages

When you complete or cancel a script in MedView eRx Q, a message is sent to the customer's eRx Express app. You can add your own customised messages: up to four Completed Script messages and four Cancelled Script messages.

At the time of completing or cancelling a script, you can select which message to send. By default, the message at the top of the list is sent.

  1. Select the User Account menu, then select Settings.

  2. On the Settings screen, the Script Notifications section displays the messages that can be sent to customers.

    The default messages are:Your script is ready to pickup and Your script order has been cancelled.

  3. Manage your messages as required.
    • Delete a message: Click the X to the right of the message.
    • Add a new message: Click in the Add a new message box, then type the message.
    • Edit a message: Click the pen icon to the right of the message.
    • Reset to the default messages and discard your custom messages: Click Reset Messages.
  4. To save your changes and close the Settings window, click Save. To discard your changes, click the X at the top right of the Settings window.
