Queue Statistics

The Queue Statistics panel helps you to keep track of the scanned scripts for the current day. The figures continue to update as your pharmacy scans scripts throughout the day.

• Images Uploaded Today - Total number of Images uploaded to the eRx Express cloud since 12:00am today.
• Images Processed Today - Total number of Images that have completed OCR processing today (now available for viewing in the app).
• Images Awaiting Processing - Total number of Images that have yet to complete OCR processing today (not yet available for viewing in the app).
