Select a Claim Period

When you launch Paperless, the current claim period is selected by default. You can select a past claim period to view its scripts and amend any issues.

Select a claim period from the MedView Paperless home screen

The claim period is displayed at the right of the Claim Period Statistics panel.

• Select the drop-down to show a list of previous claims.
• To search for a claim by number, start typing in the Search field.

Select a claim period from the Claim Management screen

The claim period is displayed at the top left of the Claim Management screen.

• Select the drop-down to show a list of previous claims.
• To search for a claim by number, start typing in the Search field.
