Paperless app
Paperless has been rebuilt as the MedView Paperless web app.
eRx Q Settings
The Settings screen lets you set up integration with your dispensing software; manage the messages sent to patients when you complete and cancel their script orders; and change the notification sound.
For full instructions, see Settings.
Active Scripts Queue
The Active queue displays your current script orders, prioritised by collection time. From here, you can send a script to your dispensing software; complete an order; or cancel an order.
To find out more, see Active Scripts.
Completed Scripts Queue
The Completed queue displays your completed script orders, in chronological order. If an order was accidentally marked as completed without being dispensed, you can push it to your dispensing software.
For full details, see Completed Scripts.
Cancelled Scripts Queue
The Cancelled queue displays your cancelled script orders, in chronological order. If an order was accidentally marked as cancelled without being dispensed, you can push it to your dispensing software.
For more information, see Cancelled Scripts.
Reminders
When a patient orders a script from you that has repeats, they can choose to be automatically reminded when each repeat is due for dispensing. The reminders appear in the patient's eRx Express app, and in your eRx Q app on the Reminders screen.
You can search for reminders by patient name, and filter reminders by status. For more details, see Reminders.
AJP Live
The AJP Live menu button loads the Australian Journal of Pharmacy website (http://ajp.com.au) inside eRx Q.
AJP Live also displays on the Active, Completed, and Cancelled queues when there are no script orders in the queue.
Store Details
Here, you can set up the information that customers see about your pharmacy in their eRx Express app.
For instructions on using this screen, see Store Details.
eRx Q link version 2.2.0
A new eRx Q link has been released to accompany the new eRx Q web app. When you first select the dispense button on the Active queue page, you will be prompted to download and install the new eRx Q link. Select your dispensing software and wait for the installer to downloaded. Follow the steps on the installer. This will uninstall your current link and replace it with the new eRx Q link.
