Healthengine Integration

MedView Flow Pro

MedView Flow now supports Healthengine Integration to connect online bookings, patient pre-screening and in-store workflows in one system.

With Healthengine Patient Appointment Management System (PAMS) , you can:

• Send bookings directly into MedView Flow.

• Access patient details before they arrive.

• Reduce admin and double handling.

• Keep clinic days organised and running on time.

• Reduce missed appointments with automated reminders.

This feature is available for MedView Flow Pro Subscriptions.

Other changes

• Fixed an issue with MySL patient registration that incorrectly required a Medicare or DVA card.

• Registration has been improved so that patients with an Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) no longer need a Medicare or DVA card to be registered in MySL.
