New in the release

MedView Flow Subscriptions

As announced in Release 2024.D, three subscription levels for MedView Flow are now available:

• MedView Flow Free

• MedView Flow Pro

• MedView Flow Premium (coming soon)

Starting 1 July 2024, your MedView Flow subscription fees will be charged 3 months in advance on a quarterly basis.

SMS Chat

MedView Flow Pro

SMS Chat is now available for pharmacies, giving you the ability to send an SMS to a patient via MedView Flow Chat.

SMS Chat messages are charged to the pharmacy per message sent. See MedView Flow Subscription Settings for more details.

SMS Chat is enabled by default for all sites with a MedView Flow Pro subscription. If you prefer not to use SMS Chat, you can turn if off in Store Settings.
